- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material on the platform without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Propertify acts solely as a listing platform and is not involved in any transactions between users.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listings.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propertify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
9. Privacy
